We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues, we’d be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase for an exchange. We may refuse to exchange items if fraud or abuse is suspected.
What does this exchange policy cover?
This policy covers situations where the measurements of the goods do not suit your needs. You are able to exchange them for the correct size. If the price of the exchanged goods is higher, the difference will be borne by you. However, no refunds will be provided for exchanged goods that are of a lower value.
How long does the coverage last?
You may exchange goods within 14 days.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first:
1. Contact us or visit our branches
2. Bring along proof of purchase (original receipt) to determine the problem, and we will provide you with the best solution.
Terms & conditions of the exchange policy:

Exchange goods must be new, unpacked, and unaltered, with all tags attached, in the original packaging.

The final judgment regarding goods exchange will be made by Ginmit.
