Thank you for your interest in Ginmit Group of Companies (Ginmit) products and services. This limited warranty applies only for physical goods, purchased from Ginmit.
What does this warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers defects in manufacturing under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Ginmit will repair or exchange, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use or maintenance.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period of the physical goods purchased from Ginmit is as follows, based on brands:
Alcor System Lyra Series Aluminum Kitchen Cabinet: 2-years
Alcor System SUS304 Kitchen Sink: 2-year warranty
Alcor System Premium Basket: 10-year warranty
Alcor System Basket Accessory: 2-year warranty
Alcor System Premium Sink: 10-year warranty
Alcor Water Tap Valve only: 1-year warranty
Alcor Water Tap and Mixer Cartridges: 1-year warranty
Alcor System SUS304 Stainless Steel Bathroom products: 2-year warranty
Alcor System Sensor Mirror: 1-year warranty
Alcor System SUS 304 Mirror Box: 2-year warranty
Alcor System Clothes Hanger CLH-BSW20: 2-year warranty
**Merchants’ product will need to refer to their respective merchandise warranties from the date of purchased.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover any problem caused by:
Important note:
Ginmit shall not be responsible or liable for any failure of, or damage to, this product caused by either chloramines in the treatment of public water supply or cleaners containing chlorine (calcium hypochlorite). The use of high-concentrate chlorine or chlorine-related product can seriously damage the fittings. This damage can cause leakage and serious property damage.
This written warranty is the only warranty made by Ginmit. Repair, replacement or other appropriate adjustment as provided under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy available to the original purchaser. Ginmit will not be liable for the loss of the product, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or expenses incurred by the original purchaser. This includes labor or other costs related to installation, removal, or repairs by others, as well as any other expenses not specifically stated above.
In no event will Ginmit’s responsibility exceed the purchase price of the product.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first:
1. Contact us or walk in to our branches
2. Bring along proof of purchase (the original receipt) together with the physical goods to determine the problem and we will provide you the best solution.
How long it takes for us to revert back to you?
We will revert to you on the issues faced in 3 working days.
